Ideal for catering professionals, this Countertop Saladette can hold 5 GN 1/4 size containers with a depth of 150 mm. With dimensions L 1200 x D 335 x H 459 mm, it allows you to keep your products fresh.

Featuring static cooling, it includes a digitally adjustable temperature range from 0°C to 10°C. Its control is button-operated and electronic. Additionally, this professional countertop saladette offers various features such as automatic defrosting and condensation water evaporation. It also has an on/off control light indicator and an on/off switch.

Finally, it is equipped with a single-pane tempered glass front window. The display is open at the back.
