Ideal for cafes, small restaurants, and delicatessens, this Electric Convection Oven with 4 Levels and Humidifier features a user-friendly electromechanical control panel and includes two turbines. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, making them easy to clean and maintain. Timer, thermostat with a temperature range from 50°C to 300°C, and a light indicator are included. The manual humidifier helps preserve the moisture of pastries and other delicate dishes. The convection oven has a length of 658 mm, a depth of 685 mm, and a height of 560 mm.

All three-phase electrical equipment is supplied without a cable.
