Ideal for catering professionals, this GN 1/3 Container Lid is fully compatible with other standard GN products. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Its reinforced corners prevent deterioration and extend the life of the containers. It complies with all European food safety standards. The silicone seal of the lid is tested to withstand 12 hours at 170°C. However, it is not recommended to use the lid for cooking as this could damage the silicone seal and cause it to detach.
